How it works…

There’s nothing worse than having to chase people for money and using your bank account as a holding account for your group… then don’t!

Get group members to pay us directly by using our online, individual, payment system.

How it works...

As group leader, pay your £30 deposit to get the event booked.
With your booking confirmation e-mail, you will receive a link to send to the rest of the group for them to pay their deposit.
Alternatively, you can login and invite people to pay their deposit from your portal.
Every time someone pays you get an email with an up to date list with who has paid and what they have paid.
To pay your balance we can share with you a fresh link or, again, you can use your portal to do this.

Things to remember

All the above is based on booking outside of 5 weeks of your departure date and doesn’t include flight inclusive packages.

If you are booking late (within 5 weeks of departure date) we may still be able to allow individual payments however this does depend on your accommodation and/or your activity provider.

When you pay online, your payment is pre authorised with our merchant, we then manually process each payment. Any anomalies we will contact you and/or the payee to ensure the payments made towards your weekend are correct.
