Girlies will you be pearling or getting shacked in today's 2 hour introduction to surfing? If you do make it into the water we have a feeling it may be both, but don't be afraid, you'll have all the kit from wet suits to surf boards and plenty of tuition. Hey, you might surprise everyone and lick it really quickly – yes we'd love to see you hit the lip.

When you are on the beach and the sun is shining surfing is enormous fun!
