Faultless and first class

Put simply...you won't get a better company to arrange your party. This is the second time using this company and everything was smooth, well timed and faultless. We had an awesome weekend made far easier and more enjoyable by the superb organisation from Designaventure. If I have these duties again I will be using them again.

Really helpful staff at DesignaVenture especially as the stag do was organised at short notice only 8 weeks in advance. The Hotel, lapclub, nightclub were brilliant and the staff helpful and accommodating even when we were a bit late arriving for the lap dancing they were fine with us and honoured the booking. The only moan I have got is the activities in the morning. Hover craft, Rage Buggies and clay pigeon. The activities were rushed and the track for the rage buggies was poor and they were the biggest disappointment, the hovercrafts were a bit better and most people thought the clays were the best but still too short. But having said that overall a good experience.

Perfect from from the first email to the last bar.

I was organising the stag do from Canada but from the very start I found communication easy and quickly had complete faith in the team at Design Adventure. Upon my arrival in the UK for the trip I got concerned about the logistics of everyone getting to the hotel at different times. Being one of the last to arrive I found everyone in their allocated rooms and ready to go. The hotel has complete room lists and names and everyone had their own bed. The directions to our activity provided by Design Adventure were great and everyone found their way there and again our group was very much expected. We went to every bar that had been organised and sure enough they knew who we were and we had a great night. From start to finish the communication was great espeically as the majority was via email. The hotel was of a high standerd and clean, the activity was well organised and the evening was problem free. Thanks to everyone who was involved at Design Adventure in organising our trip we had a great time.

Just a thank you to Designaventure for the weekend we have just had in Edinburgh, It was sound as pound! The hotel we stayed in and the manager Alex could not do enough for you like, a very late bar every night , getting taxis for us at any time of the night , letting us bring kebabs and pizzas back in with us, he was totally sound. All the lads loved it that much they said they would go back again. We didn’t get to go round all the clubs on the guest list but the ones we did were great. So thank you and I would recommend you to anyone who was booking a stag do.

Booked through these guys for a stag party for 17 blokes mid Jan 2013 for an activity weekend in Bournemouth.

The DesignaVenture team were helpful and patient when I had numerous questions to ask them!

The deal was very good considering it was for 2 nights B&B + clays, quads, driving etc.

Was happy with the quality of the hotel and the activity center. Not places you would go for a ‘relaxing’ weekend – but perfect for a stag.

Was extremely useful for me, as the organiser, to be able to ask DesignaVenture to accept the payment from individuals thus saving me the need to put everything on my credit card and chase everyone for monies + they keep a log of paid-up people you know who to chase-up in the group.

Also – their practical terms about final party numbers and last amends (anyone who has organised a stag will know that this is a major pain with drop-outs) was appreciated.

Info pack they send out is also very handy just prior to event.

All-in-all I’d give them 9/10.

I really appreciate all the effort and great organinsation that DesignaVenture put in to making our stag party a success. It was all organised at fairly short notice. I dealt mostly with Dani and she really gave the whole experience the personal touch and made everything run smoothly. Thanks!
The only negative feedback from the group was for the clay pigeon shooting which was a rather limited experience and a bit disappointing.

On the other hand the hovercraft experience was really good fun and enjoyed by all :o)
Hotel accomodation was bang on too!

All in all, really very good service. Thank you guys so much - I will definitely be recommending you to anyone who needs events organisation.

OK - but communication was unclear.

No problems with the booking process or the price. However the details of the activity day were very vague - I called to find out when we should expect to be leaving the site to return to the city and was told 12.30 or 1pm - much earlier than we expected - and duly spent money on more afternoon activities in the city centre.

When we got there we found this wasn't the case and ended up having to leave paintballing early in order to go to our later activities. This also cost us money which should have been avoidable.

A misunderstanding, perhaps, but it cost us money.

Great days in the valleys
Superb weekend rage buggies and laser clays were superb accommodation, landlord was really nice and helpful. Would reccommend a night out in Welshpool, Signatures Bar top class and on a Saturday the Karaoke pub just down the road all made for a superb stag weekend.

We had a great weekend in Valencia - got back on Sunday night a little worse for wear but the clubs and restaurants down at the beach and port were great fun and everyone enjoyed the paintballing and canyoning!

Cant fault Designaventure kath & jo who sorted the whole weekend many thanks guys x. Quality 4* hotel 5* Treatment from staff, All activities paintball rage buggys etc were class. The guys doing the rage buggys let me take there Honda Pilot round the track ( rare rapid buggy. ) the whole weekend was awesome there was 11 of us & everyone enjoyed themselves. The only major utter disapointment came when we took our brother (Stag) to Diamonds Exposed Lap dance club in reading, the largest waist of bricks & mortar in reading I have ever seen. A frosty reception even though names on a list propper moody, just wanted to give the stag a good time we were very wrong..... You would have more fun watching last of the summer wine in a care home it was absolute b*** ks after finally being offered a drink we were street robbed by being told the stag gets 5* two girl dance for £120. So everyone whipped round for the stag to have a night to remember but it was one he will rather forget. I am best man so was invited to watch what I can only describe as a couple of rank brendas tipsy on sherry at a church car boot sale swaying for 2mins without a smile or even any sense of enjoyment. The music cut in & out & didnt even work just a discrace shouldn't even be trading as a lap dance club we never even sore the girls prior. Soon as it ended me & the group left feeling very angry & let down I would never return to diamond exposed even if you paid me they probably own diamonds for the simple fact they ripped off a group of guys & gave us a really Sh*t time we were disgusted.

Great Stag weekend in Nottingham.

The stag party enjoyed an excellent weekend in Nottingham, this included Go Karting and an evening at Joungleurs Comedy club. Hotel accommodation was 1st class at the Park Plaza in the City Centre.

Only criticism was the long delay at the Go-Karting. Told to report before 12.00 and didn't get onto track until gone 1.00 due to them cramming as many stag parties on the track as possible.

I would recomend this company to any one , they were in contact with me often and answered all my question soon as they could. We went paintballing and raced rage buggies set up for us by designaventure and had a wicked day , also whilst we were there we had a massive bbq. The hotel we stayed in was ideal for lads / girls weekend away , I wouldnt stay there with my family but for what we wanted that weekend it was great. This weekend was paintballing and rage buggies in oswestry and night stay in Chester.

Just wanted to say thanks very much for organising our stag weekend in Leeds

We all had a great time and everything ran smoothly. (after the 5 hour drive from London)…

The hotel is fantastic, clean and fresh feeling, up to date, all mod cons, great location, the sky bar was a lovely place to have a few drinks before the debortury began (suppose you cannot go wrong with Hilton)…

Quads were great, staff really welcoming and friendly and lucky for us it did not rain even though the ground was obviously very wet…

There seemed to be some sort of mix up with Silks but I received a phone call during Saturday afternoon and the guy just told me to ring once we were ready and they came along and picked us up in the Humer which was great…I left early Sunday morning but the feedback I received was that Silks provided a good service…

If asked I would definitely recommend your company as I received all necessary information and the weekend went very well.

Thanks again. (Just a small matter of doing my Ushering duties this weekend now…)

Price very good, activities could of been better.

The price of the package was very good, but got to say 1 of the activities was disappointting. The clay pigeon shooting was very good but the quad biking was a let down. If you go in a group over 10 people, you only get about 10 minutes each on the quads because u got to go round in groups following someone. It would have been alot better if everyone can go on them at once, so u can get a decent amount of time on them.

The whole experience was as described apart from the accommodation. It was a fun day had by all, but the hotel was a bit of a let down. Still, we had a roof over our heads, food in our belly and no-one ended up being miserable. Sore heads the next morning, but having had a fun time, it was a necessary evil.

Great weekend

9 of us went on a stag do, first day lashed it down and we were drenched, 11 miles in a canoe and warmer in the river than in the canoe. 2nd day completely different lovely 13 miles in a record 2.5 hours. pub next to campsite does great food, locals have a bit of an attitude. (owners of pub etc) local people in the pub were great. Would recommend to everyone, all had a fab time. Take lots of changes of clothes for the canoeing, the shower block was new ish with good amenities.

I would recommend this site to anyone. I planned a weekend away with lots of activities and everything went pefrect, and the prices were very good. I got a full list of everything that was planned including breakdowns, of times and where exactly i needed to be, along with any information from places i would be going such as dress code, behaviour bonds etc. All in all we all had an excellent weekend, and as i said earlier would recommend designaventure to anyone.

To keep 17 grown men entertained for a whole weekend is pretty tough, but your itinerary was super. The companies (Hotel, transport, activities, clubs) you used for our weekend were really well run, and we were grateful that the clubs accommodated our superhero theme. The guys on the door at Spearmint Rhino and Chilli White did a great job. The activity site was outstanding, and I have already recommended Designaventure to a friend who is organising another stag. You made my time as best man, and organiser, very easy and enjoyable.

Thanks very much for helping to coordinate the stag do weekend that I was organising in Bristol for 18 people. The hotel you chose for us was great – exceeding all our expectations and was right in the city centre.

The itinerary pack I got before I set off had all the handy contact details/maps that made everything that little bit easier when we arrived. The West Country Olympics was also good craic – a perfect warm up for the big events in London this summer… Helping out with booking the minibus was invaluable also - as was sorting the guest lists to the two clubs on the Saturday night!

Payment with DesignaVenture was easy, straightforward and secure. Also, the operatives couldn’t have been more helpful when responding to my emails / phone calls. I’d recommend DesignaVenture to anyone looking to book a big group on a stag do to Bristol.

Great accomadation, good package and value

At the age of thirty somethings we didnt want to stay in a flea pit B&B. No worries here! we stayed at Novotel Reading, very plush, great facilities for relax and recoup after days and nights out. Good breakfast included in the package too. 30 min trip to our day events: Clay pigeon shoot , Hover craft and quad bike through forest. Hover craft a bit timid and slow but got this option as weather had been too poor for Honda pilot / frame buggies. Limited snacks on site so if you need to eat like a horse take extras with you. We were loaded from the cooked breakfast at Novotel so didnt need more than a coffee. Comedy club at night was slow to start on funnies (I think they always start with a new act) but act two and three were great and the host really kept things going. Food good again and because pre ordered all delivered smoothly. Six in our group and all said I had sorted a great weekend! I was kept informed during ordering process, politely reminded when payments were due and sent a good joining package. I would recommend using design adventure.

I organised a stag do in Bristol with DesignaVenture in April 2012. Customer service was excellent throughout. I had to change our plans significantly and the staff were very accommodating. The activities company we used was first class and the city centre hotel was brilliant value (Bristol Marriott) - not a stag do type hotel really. If I get the job again I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again!

Awesome Time Was Had By All

Booked to go to Cardiff through these guys they sorted everything. Everyone had a brilliant time, we did karting in the day. We upgraded to a 3 star hotel smack in the centre so all the bars and clubs were right on the door step great for the boys. Good welsh breakfast for those of us that made it.

As they say in Wales we had a topping weekend, we've made another booking with Designa to go to Bristol in June!

What a weekend!

I booked us with Designaventure as the Best Man having found the company website and being impressed by the selection and pricing structure of the events, the option of paying direct by card was taken by a couple of people in the group and the team in the office were always happy to help when I checked in, the confirmation booklet was very nicely presented and was complete with all the info we needed. I can say for myself that i thoroughly enjoyed it, the day was well organised and the activities were brilliant , we did the rage buggies (awesome) , the quad bikes ( very muddy but made it more fun and the hovercrafts which took some getting used to.

Booked up with these guys after being recommended by a friend who had used them last year. They didn't disappoint! Everything was made so easy and everyone that I spoke to was really super helpful. We booked up to go to Reading to spend a girly day at the races. Everyone was really impressed with the hotel, location and leisure facilities were great! To top the weekend the bride also managed to back a winner in most of the races! I wasn't so lucky lol! 14 extremely happy girls, thanks Designaventure. I heard of this company a couple of years ago and have since used them to organise my stag do,then this year for a corporate event.

The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and sourced exactly what we were after. Very easy to deal with and they did what they said.

I just wanted to thank you for the brilliant day we had on Saturday. We started off with raft building, Hereford, we had loads of fun on the lake and then moved on to Bristol where we changed into our pirate outfits and had a fantastic evening at Jongleurs comedy club and then at the nightclub. Our hen Becki met the star of the show Roger, (She can explain that one!) and he escorted us around for the night!!!

Just wanted to say a BIG thank you for helping me organise my brother’s stag do this weekend.

The stag wore a lions outfit on the London underground which was hilarious !

Rickshaw pub crawl – genius! they were racing each other through the traffic, got us into 3 pubs and a cocktail bar and finished in a club where we spent the rest of the evening. Stag was dressed as Pat Butcher for the evening (actually he was more like Mrs. Bouquet!).
