HERE'S HOW TO BOOK YOUR PERFECT BREAK IN PLAIN OLD ENGLISH
Only applies to bookings without flights
We are aware of the difficulties of knowing your exact group size that's why when you book a package in advance of 5 weeks we just need you to advise us of your rough group size, you change your group size to the right number when you pay your balance - how simple is that?
More than 5 weeks before you go
We require:
- A rough idea of numbers
- A deposit of £100 per GROUP
- 5 weeks before you go we require your confirmed numbers and your final payment minus your deposit already paid
- You can still use our individual payment service (see below)
- Within 4 weeks of your event date you cannot cancel anyone off your booking, but you can still add individuals on right up to the day before you go (subject to availability)
Please note: If you have individuals not wanting to attend the whole package, please call us for a revised price, please be aware some hotels require 2 night stays and some activities have minimum numbers.
Booking Late!
4-5 weeks before your departure date
- A rough idea of numbers
- A deposit of £200 per GROUP
- You can still use our individual payment service (see below)
- Pay the balance 4 weeks before you go
Within 4 weeks before your departure date
- You can either use our individual payment service (see below)
- Or, confirmed numbers and pay in full at time of booking
Unlike most group, stag and hen companies we do NOT penalise you for individuals dropping out, providing you let us know at least 4 weeks prior to departure, your flat deposit comes off your balance, it's as simple as that!
Individual Payments - If you want individuals to pay for their own places
- We require full payment for at least 2 individuals at time of booking
- We will then give you a unique reference number for your group to quote when calling up to pay for their place
- We will agree with you a payment deadline for individuals to have paid by
- Any late comers wanting to add on after the deadline date will be charged an additional £20 admin fee and their place is subject to availability
Please note: An additional charge of £2 per person is chargeable for this service.
Further Details
- Payments made to Designaventure are held by Barclaycard Merchant Services until after your event, this means in the unlikely event of Designaventure failure your money remains safe.
- Unless transport is specified on the itinerary it is NOT included
