One thing that your stag do really doesn't want to worry about when you arrive on unfamiliar turf is how to get from A to B and when we say that we arrange everything, we mean everything.

We make sure that you get to your chosen day time activity by having a shuttle bus all ready and waiting at your accommodation to take your stag do there automatically. No hassles, just step in, step out and carry on with the fun.

Gentlemen, or at least try to be, i's chin chin to a day bowing and dibbing your cap around Royal Ascot and mingling with the rich and famous. Dazzling smiles at all times please incase you're caught on camera or the big screens and no uncouth language when your horse comes in…or if it doesn't! Don't worry if you know nothing about studying racing form, cheering, celebrating and commiserating all seems to have a similar reaction – another drink. All the accommodation that we offer is stag friendly, after all we are a professional stag do organiser and it wouldn't be very professional advising the accommodation that you're on a bird watching weekend, then again!

The Royal Ascot is a hot favourite amongst our stag parties, what's not to like:

The excitement of a prestigious event, beautiful fillies, and a ticket to party with the boys.

This amazing horse racing day has all of that and more, we also include transport to and from Ascot, Admission into the Silver Ring, a £2 tote bet, race card and and as none of you are driving 3 pints each!

Also included is 2 nights in a 4 star hotel with breakfast right in the centre of Reading, and people say great value and good customer service is a thing of the past.

Perfect for the party looking for a horse racing stag weekend with accommodation and transfers.

Hassle Free Stag Do! From the beginning stages of planning the stag do to the end, the service was outstanding!

We opted for The Royal Ascot Race Day with the comedy club in the evening.

On arrival the Hotel had all the info that was previously sent through from Dani, so checking in was smooth, there was no complaints from anyone in our party about the rooms, they were a very good standard.

On the Saturday the pre arranged mini bus's picked us up outside the hotel on time, they provided an excellent service, the only downside is the traffic going into the races, we got dropped off about a mile from the entrance and walked, which proved quicker than queuing.

The tickets were all kept in an envelope at the silver ring ticket stand, so there was absolutely no problem in getting everyone in promptly. Had a great day at the races, with plenty of free beer vouchers to use!

Everything went really smooth at the comedy club, food was served quickly, the only advise i would suggest is arrive as early as possible if you're in a big group, we were a group of 24 and managed to get seated all together, but if we arrived late it would have been difficult.

All in all a great weekend, couldn't fault anything, which as the best man made me look like i had done a good job! so thanks all at DesignaVenture who helped!

A group of elderly guys had an enjoyable and memorable days fun, quad biking, clay shooting , indoor karting and Segway competing! Phew! What a day! Followed up by an enjoyable stay in Reading. And what a welcome and great breakfast awaited us in the morning!

Just quick email to say thank you for organising my hen weekend. It went very smoothly and we all had a wonderful time. I have to say the staff at cocktail masterclass were outstanding. The service was impeccable, so friendly and they couldn't do enough for us to ensure we had an amazing evening. So great in fact we stayed all night Friday after sorting us out a table for the evening. They were amazing. We even went back Saturday evening for dinner and more drinks. excellent!!

Fantastic, the stag weekend was a blinding success, the hotel was awesome with nice rooms and the food was great. The other activities were also great the comedy club was brilliant and I got to meet Patrick Monahan the comedian from ITVs comedy programme the strip club was also great and surprisingly cheaper for drinks than the night club. All in all i would defiantly book another one and recommend this experience to any one else also

One of the best weekends ever in reading and Didcot we have had in a long time well worth it

it was one of the best weekends away that iv had for a very long time i could do it all again. fantastic hotel , nice and clean very good food .the only down fall was we were not told until we handed the keys back in that we had to pay £56 for the parking which we were not told about..the clay pigeon shooting ,hovercrafts, and rage buggies were top class well worth the money ......the night life was top class

Amazing weekend from start to finish!!!!

Booked up with these guys after being recommended by a friend who had used them last year. They didn't disappoint! Everything was made so easy and everyone that I spoke to was really super helpful. We booked up to go to Reading to spend a girly day at the races. Everyone was really impressed with the hotel, location and leisure facilities were great! To top the weekend the bride also managed to back a winner in most of the races! I wasn't so lucky lol! 14 extremely happy girls, thanks Designaventure. Oh and I'll be sending my boyfriend your way to arrange his best mates send off :)
