You are guaranteed a soaking on this highly addictive sport, if the paddle goes past the board you'll end up as fish bait. Balance isn't everything on this one!
Ladies, fancy a new way to discover the coastline? Suping puts you and the girls on a giant floppy surfboard that you can paddle over the waves and foam to get a good look at some of the best coastlines in the UK. Or you can just see how long it takes to get Debbie in the drink, i's up to you.
