Split into teams and consider your kit i.e. specialist cardboard, plastic and various other materials, your brief is to create a one-man, sorry, woman, boat capable of racing your mates to the finish. Blue Peter this ain't but with careful planning you'll get back to shore without sinking. Or you can wait for the hunky lifeguard to rescue you, i's a win win! All safety equipment provided.

Step into your ludicrously funny Sumo wrestling suit and suddenly you will attain the bulk and stature of a mighty warrior – well kind of. Parade before your supporters before going in to the Dohyo, stamp on the ground to get set for the big push that will set you or your opponent rolling on the ground like a beach whale. A great way to round off your hen party day.
