How long will we be on site for the activities included in this Nottingham package?
Each event lasts roughly 45 minutes and you can expect your group to be on site for approximately 3 hours.
Does the nightclub accept fancy dress?
Most clubs are happy to accept fancy dress, however some clubs do have firm restrictions in place so checking your theme with us first is essential.
Will we be charged a single room supplement?
A single room supplement is usually charged for odd numbered groups. Some accommodation offer triples/quad rooms please ask at time of booking.
Is there any transport included in this package?
Transport to/from venues is NOT included in this package price. We can arrange transport for an additional cost, please contact us on 01773 766 365 for details.
Can we pay individually for our part of the booking?
Yes, your party can pay individually using our online payment facility or by calling us.

Took the hassle out of our stag do
Contacted DesignaVenture with less than a month to the required date for our stag-do and yet they still delivered. Arranged two nights accommodation in the centre of Nottingham, a rage buggy, quad biking and clay pigeon shooting activity afternoon and VIP entrance to a night club for all 16 of us. The hotel was ideally located, the activities brilliantly run and the club the ideal end to the weekend and it was all very well priced.
I phoned them several times to amend numbers and change details in the weeks leading up to the stag do and they were always friendly, helpful and humorous. Nothing was a problem for them and I'd definitely go back to DesignAventure first should I need to arrange another event in future. Many thanks!

I’m not the best organizer in the world, so given I accepted Best man responsibilities I had to arrange a Stag Doo and in short I called Design venture and they did the rest, all I had to do on the day was get 12 drunken lads to the event
I chose Nottingham
The hotel was 4* - very nice
The main event – I went for Rage buggies, Quads and Pigeon shooting – all an epic success
For the evening we had VIP tickets into a nightclub called Oceana – huge place and went down well with all
The main thing I really enjoyed from the stag doo was that I was able to enjoy it. The Design team handled everything from start to finish, so all that was left for me was the extremely hard task of getting the STAG wasted (the 12 other lads did help)
I can sum the design team up in three points
1) well organized
2) professional service
3) The take care of all the stress

The Hotel was fantastic
The main events were very well organized and all the boys had a cracking time
I am more than happy to fill out a full feedback form if you guys wish to send one over
But in short, it was a very well organized from start to finish … the team members that I have been in touch with have always been on the ball and put any issues / concern to bed
And the weekend itself was a great success (10 out of 10)

Takes the stress away
Brilliant time was had by everybody on the stag do everything worked out perfectly all activities and club entry's where booked and ready for us. The only slight problem was the hotel had booked two doubles instead of twins but that wasn't the company's fault as my paperwork said twins, and the fact Designaventure use reputable hotels meant that it was sorted in minutes without a hassle would definitely use again if I was tasked with the best man duties again.
Everything we needed for a great weekend
Awesome weekend, hotel location spot on in the centre, activities were brilliant fun and nightclub was just what we wanted. All in all top weekend and would definitely book with you again. Also good value for money.
Great weekend - Recently went on stag weekend with Designaventure had a great weekend not 1 of the group did not have a good time and the age group was from 20 to 70 brill
Fantastic weekend! Right from the original booking I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The hotel was spot on with a fantastic breakfast, and the activities were some if the best I've done on a stag weekend. Really good value for money and exceeded everyone's expectations. The only dampener was the parking, but even that wasn't really an issue.
Faultless and first class
Put simply...you won't get a better company to arrange your party. This is the second time using this company and everything was smooth, well timed and faultless. We had an awesome weekend made far easier and more enjoyable by the superb organisation from Designaventure. If I have these duties again I will be using them again.
Had a fabulous time for a great price, the hotel was brilliant, the comedy club was more than accommodating and we had such a laugh. couldn't fault the service we received.

I would recommend this site to anyone. I planned a weekend away with lots of activities and everything went perfect, and the prices were very good. I got a full list of everything that was planned including breakdowns, of times and where exactly i needed to be, along with any information from places i would be going such as dress code, behaviour bonds etc. All in all we all had an excellent weekend, and as i said earlier would recommend Designaventure to anyone.
helpful easy and efficient
I have recently come back from a stag weekend in Nottingham where I booked through designaventure.
All I had to do is give them an idea of what I wanted an they done all the leg work. The weekend was brilliant and well organised. Staff are friendly and efficient.
I have actually contacted them again as I now have another weekend to organise which isn't a stag or hen weekend and they are happy to help.

I needed to organise at relatively short notice a stag do in Nottingham and was looking for daytime adventure type activities, a central good value hotel and plenty of nightlife. The website made putting together a package very easy and the support received from the team was excellent and very proactive.

Really good company to work with
I organised a stag do for people of all ages. Had to keep changing numbers which they were happy to do. Really nice staff, no pushy sales and it saved us money and time. Will use again in the future for the divorce parties in a few years haha.
