Choose your teams (forget who's good at bowling…you're on ICE remember), limber up and listen carefully. Keep the bullseye in sight, master your propulsion technique and remember to let go of the stone, keep hold of your broom, start brushing your path and don't fall over. Oh and there's 3 of you in this, so have a good yell at each other too.
