Your partygoers can pay for their place online if you:
- Click on the share booking button
- Fill in the 5 boxes, to add each member of your party, just click on the +Add button (under the comments box), until you have invited everyone to pay.
- When all partygoers are added click Send
- Each partygoer will then receive an email advising what they owe and how to pay DesignaVenture direct
- You can keep up-to-date with who's paid by clicking on the Payments Made view/download link.
- To give your partygoers a payment chase up or send them a balance reminder go to the Payment Reminders tab and click the box to the left of their name, then add the amount you want paid and any comment
- Press the Send Reminder button
