It's not easy booking a hen night, however here at DesignaVenture we have tried to make it as easy as possible so the only stress you'll have is deciding what to pack!

How much do I need to put down to secure the booking?
We only require a deposit of £30 group deposit to book your break. For late bookings when the arrival date is within 5 weeks of the booking date usually we require full payment, for further details please go to How To Book.
Can people pay DesignaVenture directly?
Yes, you have two ways of getting people to pay us directly:
- You can simply share the unique link we send you with all your invitees and they can simply click on the link and pay
- Go into your membership area and invite them from there - you will also be able to see in your membership area who has paid, who you have invited and your booking details.
Please note every time someone pays you will receive an email confirming a payment has been received plus an updated PDF showing who has paid what.
If I need to cancel some people off the booking who haven't paid me, will I loose any money?
First and foremost we always recommend that you do not pay for anyone you do not know or trust. Once you have booked your hen night with a single £30 non-refundable deposit we then give you 14 days for the rest of the group to pay their £30 per person non refundable deposits. That way you can book for everyone at the booking stage and then cancel the people off who haven't paid us or you free of charge 14 days later, we can sometimes extend this time to encourage the stragglers to book on.
What happens if people want to add on at a later date?
Absolutely fine to add people on providing there is availability. If people want to add on within 2 weeks of the departure date please note that there is a single £20 admin fee.
Someone has paid in full and now needs to cancel due to personal reasons?
You can cancel anyone off your booking up until 4 weeks before you go with just loss of their deposit (Usually £30), within 4 weeks of your arrival date you can only add people to your booking.*
How do I know where to go and what to take with me?
Once you have paid in full we will send you out your full joining instructions which we call your Essential Travel Pack, which includes maps, directions, telephone numbers, dress codes, what to wear on your activities, site addresses and descriptions. We send these details out to you in a PDF by email so you can forward it on to all the members in your group, if you would like a hard copy in the post please let us know.
*We recommend everyone in the group purchases travel insurance which includes a cancellation cover. This will protect your money should you need to cancel due to reasons beyond your control.
