Remember those magic shows where a helpless girl is strapped to a rotating board and a dodgy looking magician is hurling knives at her? Then they blindfold her and everyone holds their breath and shuts one eye? DON'T BE DAFT! We won't blindfold her LOL!!!
But to be serious, apart from there being a human target, you really will be shown the skills of the Red Indians with an exhilarating session of technique and accuracy using real throwing knives and tomahawks.
Set outdoors, yet in a controlled environment (can't have you running amock screaming ‘scalp them, scalp them' can we?), trained instructors will coach and guide you in a competition to see who can achieve the best knife action.
Will you master one, two or even three rotations of the tomahawk? How far back from the knife-throwing target will you be able to get before you start to blunder with your blades?
Oh, don't be fooled, being good at darts will not help you in this activity. There's something about the silent and deadly art of throwing one of the earliest hunting weapons known to man that brings out the primeval in us.
Following a safety briefing and training, and a practice round, you'll be ready to do battle with your party. Will you cut the tension with your knife or will it be one big chicken run?
