But don't be fooled, moving down the canyon to negotiate a natural rock slide you'll then take a short swim to your mid water point. If this is starting to sound like Total Wipeout challenge, then power up for a brisk walk down river to more plunge pools and drops and eventually come to a breathtaking waterfall.
