DesignaVenture New Header

From now on when booking your Stag Do, Hen Party or Activity Break on your group’s behalf, you will only have to put down a £60 deposit (per group, not per person).

We then ask, 2 weeks after the booking date, for the rest of the group to confirm their places with a £30 per person deposit.

This can be paid either individually or collected in by you as the organiser (see payment tips below).

We have also just recently added a member’s area where you can share your book and invite group members to go online and pay their deposit or final balance.

So why have we changed our booking terms?

It’s really to help you get firm commitment from your party especially when you are booking early.

For example, say you ask group members in February “are you up for a stag do in June?” The overall consensus is yes, book it, we are there.

DesignaVenture’s old terms meant there was no financial commitment needed from the guys until 5 weeks before you go, and by then they could of booked a family holiday or just haven’t considered it for their future plans.

So getting the group to commit financially early on will elevate the problem of mass exodus at your balance stage.

Payment Tips
In order to make things easier for you the organiser, DesignaVenture has set up three ways the deposit and final balance can be paid.

Online
Once you have booked we will set you up online a membership area where you can sign in and start sharing the booking with members of your group, inviting them to pay either their deposit or final balance for their part of your break.

Telephone
Once you have booked we will advise you of your booking ID – you can pass this booking ID to members of the group so they can call up, quote the booking ID, and pay for their deposit or balance.

DIY
If you want to keep a cap on it, so you can make sure people cough up on time then this approach may suit you best. You can collect all the monies in, in person and then call us up and pay.

Good luck with it all, and if you need further details give us a call, as cheesy as it sounds, we are here to help.
