According to the tabloids James proposed to his pregnant girlfriend Julia Carey on Christmas day, currently the pair are on a romantic holiday in the Maldives while a mate house sits.
Julia is a charity worker and they have been dating for nearly a year.
James is currently one of the funniest men on television and was recently a DJ on Radio 1.
He co-wrote BAFTA Award winning comedy Gavin and Stacey amongst other great TV programmes.
