Tuesday :
Arrive at Valencia Airport
You will be met at Valencia airport by one of our local representatives who will travel with you on the transfer to your 3* Apartment.
Check into your 3* Valencia City Centre Apartments
The city centre apartments we offer, give your group privacy, flexibility and the comfort of being able to relax and get ready at leisure.
All the apartments are together within the same building. Each fully equipped furnished 3* apartment caters for 4-6 people, offers the following facilities; Room service, kitchen, air-conditioning, TV, magnetic key cards, WIFI internet connection, 24-hour security system and laundry service.
We have based this package price on 6 people sharing a 3* apartment in the centre of Valencia.
Wednesday :
La Tomatina Transfers
You will be picked up from your aparthotel at an agreed time and take to Bunol for La Tomatina (approx 1 hour). The Tomatina festival commences around 11:00am, after a the desperate attempts of human ladders trying to grab a large ham from the top of a greased pole in the middle of the town.
La Tomatina Festival
Squish your ammo (over ripe tomatoes) so they are ready for lobbing in this surreal experience, the La Tomatina festival.
It’s every man for himself in this tomato hurling chaos, the battle commences when the water cannons are fired and after exactly 1-hour the world’s biggest food fight is over. Water cannons are fired again to signal the end!
You will need old clothes, protective safety goggles and gloves, you are going to get very very messy - 100 metric tons of over-ripe tomatoes are thrown by between 20,000-40,000 people in the streets during this totally mad experience. Tomatoes included.

Rather than wasting half the night trying to find the hot spots of Valencia, we have arranged for your stag do group to have a personal party guide to lead the way on a whistle-stop tour of some of the best bars, where you will get your party started before heading off to one of the most popular nightclubs in Valencia to party till morning.
You just need to dress to impress and enjoy the night as your personal guide has it all sorted.
Thursday :
Check out of your apartment and transfer to Valencia airport
You will be met in reception by your guide who will take you back to the airport for a tearful farewell.

Thanks very much for helping to coordinate the stag do weekend that I was organising in Bristol for 18 people. The hotel you chose for us was great – exceeding all our expectations and was right in the city centre.
The itinerary pack I got before I set off had all the handy contact details/maps that made everything that little bit easier when we arrived. The West Country Olympics was also good craic – a perfect warm up for the big events in London this summer… Helping out with booking the minibus was invaluable also - as was sorting the guest lists to the two clubs on the Saturday night!
Payment with DesignaVenture was easy, straightforward and secure. Also, the operatives couldn’t have been more helpful when responding to my emails / phone calls. I’d recommend DesignaVenture to anyone looking to book a big group on a stag do to Bristol.
