- The Organiser ~ Assign the best person for the job, usually
it's tradition for the chief bridesmaid to do this, if she is to busy
a friend who always organises the night out for the girls, as she will
be use to the hassle.
- Where, When & Who ~ If you are not the bride, find out
what she would like to do and whom she would like to invite. Also try
and find out everyone's budget and available weekend, as this will
make sure of a high number of attendees.
- When Booking ~ If you do not decide to book with a tour
operator such as Designaventure make sure every location you book
knows you are a Hen weekend / single sex party, this will help the
weekend run smoother as getting chucked out of a hotel at 3am is not
fun!
- Communication ~ Make sure everyone knows where to meet,
timings and locations. Now we have the wonders of Email, try and email
everyone an itinerary, and if you have them on disk, maps and
directions.
- The First Day ~ When staying in hotels make sure everyone
picks up a Hotel brochure or card as this will help when getting taxis
back from the nightclub, especially abroad!

Thank you very much for sorting this out.
Everyone who went on the weekend was impressed with the standard of hotel and all the activities we had for £89. Out of the 23 who went there are two more weddings coming up this year (including mine) so Im pretty sure youll be hearing from us again.
