How much do I need to put down to secure the booking?
We only require a deposit of £250.00 (groups over 10, groups under 10 = £25.00 per person)
in total to book your break. For late bookings when the arrival date is
within 4 weeks of the booking date we require full payment.
If I need to cancel some people off the booking
who haven't paid me their deposit, will I loose any money? No,
when you pay the balance on your booking (due 4 weeks before you go) you
can chop and change your numbers. For example; at the booking stage 15
girls all agreed to attend the hen night, once you collected all the money
in only 11 of the 15 paid, so you will need to cancel 4 spaces, we will
allow you to do this free of charge and will deduct the total deposit
paid off the new amended balance.
Someone has paid in full and
now needs to cancel due to personal reasons?
We will allow you to cancel anyone off the booking up
until 2 weeks prior to your arrival date where we will
refund you in full minus a £10 admin fee.
Within 2 weeks of your arrival date you can only
add people to your booking.*
*We recommend everyone in the group purchases travel insurance which includes cancellation insurance. This will protect your money should you need to cancel due to reasons beyond your control.
Can we pay extra and upgrade
to a 4 star hotel with leisure facilities?
Of course, this will depend on your locations and availability.
Most 4 star hotels these days will allow single sex parties providing
each person pays a security deposit on arrival, this will be refunded
on departure providing no damage or disruption
has been caused by you or your group.
How do I know where to go and what to take with me?
Once you have paid in full we will send you
out your full joining instructions which includes maps,
directions, telephone numbers, dress codes, what to wear
on your activities, site addresses and descriptions.
We can also send you these details by email
so you can forward it on to all the members in your group.
