The Basic’s of Booking a UK Stag or Hen Package

We are aware of the difficulties of knowing your exact group size that’s why when you book a package in advance of 5 week we just need you to advise us of your rough group size, you change your group size to the right number when you pay your balance ~ how simply is that?

We need

• A total group deposit of £200
• This can be paid by any major debit/credit card. We do not charge if you pay by Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Electron and Maestro, the only card we do charge (5%) extra for is Amex Card

What happens next

• Your package will be confirmed in writing, stating your unique booking reference, what you’ve booked, and how much you have paid plus the balance due date
• The package balance is due 5 weeks prior to arrival, so this is the best time to make number changes
• On receipt of full payment your itinerary information pack will be sent, when you receive this pack please check it carefully, if you have any queries please contact us immediately
• Although you have paid in full you can still cancel people off your booking up until 4 weeks prior to your arrival date
• Within 4 weeks of going you can only add people onto the booking

Designaventure Booking Terms & Conditions

• Telephone the Designaventure team to book your group, stag or hen package.
• Booking can be made over the telephone or received in writing; once you have paid your deposit we will then confirm your booking and give you a unique booking reference number
• It is understood that those group, stag or hen parties booking by telephone or in writing accept our booking conditions and that the person initiating the booking is responsible for making all party members aware of them

Acknowledgement, Amendments and Final Balance

• On receipt of your deposit, your package will be confirmed in writing, stating what you’ve booked, how much you have paid and when your balance is due
• The balance is due 5 weeks before your arrival date, this is the best time to make number changes.
• On receipt of full payment your itinerary information pack will be sent to you. Please check this carefully. If you have any queries please contact us straight away.
• You can cancel people off the booking up until 4 weeks prior to departure.
• Within 4 weeks of going you can only add people onto the booking
• We regret that we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of inaccuracies in any documentation within 7 days of receipt

Final Payment

• The balance of your account is payable no later than 5 weeks before your arrival date
• Please note that we do not send reminders.
• If full payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and you will be liable for a cancellation charge (see below, cancellations of whole booking).
• Cheques should be made payable to Designaventure Ltd. We also accept payments by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express (5% charge), Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron).

Changes by You

• The balance of your account is payable no later than 5 weeks before your arrival date
• Please note that we do not send reminders.
• If full payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and you will be liable for a cancellation charge (see below, cancellations of whole booking).

Cancellations of whole booking

• All cancellations must be received in writing immediately. Cancellation charges are as follows, percentages referring to the total break price:

30 - 0 days before departure	100%
More than 30 days before departure	Loss of original deposit

Suppliers' Terms & Activity Availability

• Those using the facilities of our suppliers automatically agree to be bound by their conditions, for example regarding safety and cancellations
• Activities may be cancelled due to weather conditions, which could affect clients' safety
• We cannot be held liable for your any costs incurred when suppliers cancel activities at short notice

Changes by Us

• Designaventure Ltd reserves the right to make alterations to activities, accommodation or any other arrangements, at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond Designaventure’s control.
• We undertake to inform you of any such changes as soon as we are advised
• Should a substitution be made of lower value, you will be entitled to compensation up to the net value of the portion of the activity you missed

Health & Safety

• We endeavour to work only with reliable third party suppliers, who manage their activities to the highest safety standards
• Many of our activities have age, height, weight or other special restrictions. These may be detailed on the website but, if in doubt, please check with our team before booking
• Additionally, where an activity includes an element of personal risk, suppliers may require participants to sign disclaimers before taking part
• Please also note our suppliers have the right to refuse entry, use of their equipment or use of their accommodation should you turn up intoxicated, you will not be refunded for loss of part or the whole of your package
• Please also note our suppliers have to take into account your and other participants safety

Suppliers’ & Personal Property

• You are responsible for any damage you cause to the accommodation or other property of our suppliers
• Personal property is your own responsibility at all times

Insurance

• You are advised to take out adequate personal insurance for your protection. Please confirm with your insurers that your insurance policy covers the package you will be participating in

Feedback

• Suppliers appreciate feedback - good or bad. If you feel you have any cause for complaint during your break, you must raise it, at the time, with the provider (or us, if we are available).
• If a difficulty could be resolved 'on the spot', it is not generally considered reasonable to seek redress from us at a later date.
• If problems cannot be resolved there and then, notify us in writing within 14 days; we will do our best to reply to your letter within the next 10 days
• Failure to follow this procedure excludes us from any liability
• We too value your feedback on what we do and the packages we offer. Please 'phone, e-mail, fax or write, letting us know how it went!

Stag & Hen Party Activities & Prices

• Our website’s descriptions and illustrations reflect our understanding of each activity we offer and are given in good faith. However, we reserve the right to vary prices without notice.

Your Security

• As in accordance with the 1992 Package Holiday & Tours Regulation all paid monies by you are secured by being deposited in a trust account until after your break takes place

We think that the above terms and conditions are fair. They are governed by the law of England and Wales. Now that you have read them, please sign and return the Booking Form (downloadable from our website) so that we know you have understood and agreed to our booking conditions. If you wish to book by telephone or in writing it is understood that you have read and accept Designaventure Ltd Terms & Conditions.
