This activity is ideal for the group made up of a few keen golf players who fancy a game and a few non golfers whom haven’t take up to traipse around a golf course in the rain hacking up the fairway yet. Situated smack bang wallop in the centre of Nottingham this excellent venue even has a bar selling real beer!
How it works
You have real golf clubs and balls with all the action taking place in what only can be described as a driving range bay. You choose which course you like to play on from a range of over 50 PGA championship courses, set each player up (like you do when you go ten pin bowling), 6 people maximum per bay and off you go. In the bay you have the projected picture of the fairway which you whack the ball at, the ball hits a very tough cotton curtain and the lasers measure how fast the ball is travelling and calculates where the ball will land on each hole, even the putting is truly life like.
This is a very enjoyable couple of hours for golfers and non-golfers alike. You will have an organiser to hand who can customize your bay to your group’s requirements and run the tournament for you. Then, play your game on your chosen course (worldwide courses available).

Rory Prendergast - Bristol Stag Do May 2012
Thanks very much for helping to coordinate the stag do weekend that I was organising in Bristol for 18 people. The hotel you chose for us was great – exceeding all our expectations and was right in the city centre.
The itinerary pack I got before I set off had all the handy contact details/maps that made everything that little bit easier when we arrived. The West Country Olympics was also good craic – a perfect warm up for the big events in London this summer… Helping out with booking the minibus was invaluable also - as was sorting the guest lists to the two clubs on the Saturday night!
Payment with DesignaVenture was easy, straightforward and secure. Also, the operatives couldn’t have been more helpful when responding to my emails / phone calls. I’d recommend DesignaVenture to anyone looking to book a big group on a stag do to Bristol.
