The trickiest aspect of cliff-jumping is cajoling yourself to jump off a cliff in the first place

Jump off a sufficiently intimidating sheer cliff with enough water at the bottom of it to cushion your fall, the seconds it takes from leaving the cliff seems to be curiously distorted as you plummet into the icy cold water below. As you break the surface there’s only one thought in your head. AGAIN!

You will be taught the correct technique for jumping and entering the water by experienced instructors. You must be able to swim; safety equipment is provided
